Thank you for shopping with Haus of Wrap. Because all of our products are printed on demand, please review the following shipping information carefully.

Processing Times

All orders are printed on demand and sent directly into production once placed. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment. During peak holiday seasons (including but not limited to Christmas, weddings, and major gifting holidays), processing times may range from 3–7 business days due to increased demand and postal service volume.

Processing time refers to the time required to produce your order prior to shipment and is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping timelines depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Haus of Wrap is not responsible for postal carrier delays
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days after production
  • Germany and Europe: 7–14 business days after production
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production

All delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and additional destination country fees. Haus of Wrap is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout. Because orders go directly into production, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
