Refund policy

Haus of Wrap Returns and Refund Policy Effective Date: 1/1/2026

At Haus of Wrap, every order is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors. However, we are fully committed to ensuring every customer receives a quality product and will work to resolve any production or quality issues promptly.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

All products sold by Haus of Wrap are custom-printed on demand specifically for each order. Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. As our products are produced exclusively upon order placement, they are exempt from the standard EU withdrawal right. However, we remain committed to resolving any issues caused by production defects, transit damage, or incorrect items received. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photos to contact@hausofwrap.com.

Refunds and Replacements

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

  • Printing defects or production errors
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item received

To request a resolution, please email contact@hausofwrap.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Where an issue is validated we will offer a replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect size or product selection by the customer
  • Orders delayed by postal carriers or customs

Order Cancellations

Because all products are printed on demand and go directly into production, we are unable to cancel orders once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
