Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During peak seasons (holidays and special occasions), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping promotions.


Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Estimated 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Estimated 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Packaging

  • All wrapping paper is shipped securely in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

  • Rolled and boxed carefully to avoid creases or damage.


Damaged or Lost Orders

  • While we do not accept returns or refunds, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement when applicable.
