Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We wish we could say yes. Truly.
But because everything at Haus of Wrap is printed just for
you, your order goes straight into production the moment you check out. That
means we’re unable to cancel or make changes once it’s placed.
Before clicking “complete order,” take one last look at your
size, finish, personalization, and shipping details. That quick double-check
makes all the difference.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If you catch a mistake quickly, email us right away at contact@hausofwrap.com and we’ll absolutely try to catch it before production moves forward.
We can’t promise changes once printing begins — but we will always try.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Planning a wedding? Corporate event? Big birthday moment? We love it.
We do offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. Just email us your design choice, quantity, and timeline, and we’ll send over details.
Do you offer wholesale?
We handle wholesale inquiries on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, send us an email with your business info and we’ll talk.
Shipping & Delivery
From production timelines to international delivery, here’s how your order makes its way to you.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Because everything is printed on demand:
• During non-peak seasons, most orders ship same day or next business day.
• During peak holiday seasons (Christmas, weddings, major gifting moments),
processing can take 3–7 business days due to higher demand and postal volume.
If your date matters (and we know it does), we always recommend ordering early.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship both within the U.S. and internationally.
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import fees. Those are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.
International delivery timelines can vary depending on customs processing.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
We move quickly — but once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, especially during busy seasons. If something is time-sensitive, we suggest giving yourself a little cushion.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once shipped, your package is managed by the carrier.
If tracking shows a delay or issue:
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If you need help navigating that, email us and we’ll guide you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
We rely on the address entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Returns & Refunds
Because every order is printed just for you, here’s how we handle damages, replacements, and special situations.
Do you accept returns?
Because every product is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns.
We can’t restock custom-printed paper once it’s made.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering mistakes
• Shipping delays
However — if something arrives damaged or printed incorrectly, we absolutely want to fix it.
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at
contact@hausofwrap.com with:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of what happened
If it’s on us, we’ll make it right.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
What qualifies for a replacement?
We may issue a replacement for:
• Production defects
• Printing errors
Photo evidence is required so we can properly review the
issue.
Wrapping Paper Details
Let’s talk sizes, finishes, thickness, and what makes our paper feel different from the rest.
What sizes do you offer?
• 30” x 36”
• 30” x 72”
• 30” x 180”
All size options are listed clearly on each product page.
What finishes are available?
• Glossy
• Matte
Both are premium finishes — it just depends on the look you
prefer.
Is your wrapping paper thick?
Yes — and we’re proud of it.
Most of our wrapping paper is printed on 90 GSM stock, with select designs printed on 95 GSM stock. That means it’s thicker than standard retail wrapping paper.
It resists tearing, folds beautifully, and feels substantial in your hands.
We want that “oh this feels nice” moment when you wrap.
Do you offer metallic or foil finishes?
Not yet — but it’s on our future wish list.
As Haus of Wrap grows, we plan to expand into additional luxury finishes.
Greeting Cards

What premium card stock do you use for your greeting cards?
We use heavyweight, professional card stock so your message feels as beautiful as it looks.
Depending on your selected finish, options include:
• Coated (Both Sides): 270.8 GSM
• Coated (One Side): 310 GSM
• Uncoated: 311.42 GSM
• White Matte: 270.8 GSM
Each option delivers durability, clean printing, and that luxury feel in hand.
Custom Photo Greeting Cards
Here’s exactly how to send your photo and what to expect when ordering a personalized card.
How do I submit my photos for a custom greeting card order?
For any greeting card that requires a photo, you must email your high-resolution image immediately after placing your order.
Please send:
• Your order number
• Your photo file
• Any placement instructions (if needed)
Email everything to contact@hausofwrap.com.
This is the only way we can properly match your
image to your order and move it into production.
What type of photo should I send?
For best results:
• Send high-resolution images
• Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit
• Avoid screenshots or compressed social media downloads
The better the photo, the better the final
print.
What happens if I forget to send my photo?
Production cannot begin until we receive your image.
If we don’t receive it, your order will be delayed — so send it right away and we’ll get started.
Will you edit or enhance my photo?
We may make basic cropping or sizing adjustments to fit the layout.
We do not provide extensive retouching unless specifically stated on the product page.
Color & Printing
A quick note about screen variations and how we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.
Will the colors look exactly the same in person as they do online?
We do our very best to display colors accurately.
That said, screens vary — brightness, calibration, and resolution can cause slight differences.
We promise that every wrapping paper and greeting card is printed to meet our luxury quality standards.
