Haus of Wrap Returns and Refund Policy: Effective Date: 1/1/2026

At Haus of Wrap, every order is printed on demand specifically for the customer. For this reason, all sales are final unless otherwise noted below.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering errors
• Shipping delays

Because products are printed on demand, we are unable to restock returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

• Printing defects
• Production errors
• Items damaged during transit

To request review of a damaged or defective order, customers must email contact@hausofwrap.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• A detailed description of the issue

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in denial of claim.

Replacement Policy

If an issue is validated, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are printed on demand and sent directly into production, we do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed.
