1. What makes Haus of Wrap different? We offer a curated gifting aesthetic, not just wrapping paper. Our paper goods—from the wraps to the cards—are inspired by fashion, art, and elevated style. We focus on exceptional design and high-quality printing to ensure your gifts make a statement from the outside in.

2. What is the print and paper quality like for wrapping paper? We use only premium materials. Every wrapping paper design is printed using high-definition techniques on luxury-grade, 90 GSM fine art paper. This ensures vivid colors, crisp details, and a smooth finish that feels substantial and elegant with every fold.

3. What premium card stock do you use for your greeting cards? We offer several heavyweight, professional card stock options to ensure your message is delivered beautifully and feels luxurious in hand. The stock used depends on the finish you select:

  • Coated (Both Sides): 270.8 GSM

  • Coated (One Side): 310 GSM

  • Uncoated: 311.42 GSM

  • White Matte: 270.8 GSM

4. Will the colors look exactly the same in person as they do online? We do our very best to display colors accurately. However, due to variations in screen brightness and resolution, slight differences may occur. We guarantee that all our papers and cards are printed to meet our luxury quality standards.

5. How do I submit my photos for a custom greeting card order? For any product that requires a picture, you must email us your photos along with your order number immediately after placing your order. Please send the high-resolution files to contact@hausofwrap.com. This is the only way we can ensure your pictures are correctly matched to your order for production.

Ordering & Shipping

6. How long will processing and delivery take? Processing your order takes 2–4 business days before shipping.

  • U.S. Orders: Delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on customs and location.

7. How is the wrapping paper packaged for delivery? To prevent creases and damage, all wrapping paper is shipped securely in protective packaging—it is rolled and boxed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition and is ready to use.

8. Can I track my order, and do you offer free shipping? Yes, once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email. We do not currently offer free shipping; costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

9. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied upon arrival.

Returns & Business Inquiries

10. What is your return and refund policy? All sales are final. Because every order is produced with care once purchased, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@hausofwrap.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement.

11. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? At this time, all orders are retail only. If you are interested in wholesale or collaboration opportunities, please email us at contact@hausofwrap.com.
